Teaching Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis

A Workshop for Yoga Teachers and Health Care Professionals

September 11 - 14, 2008

at Yogaville, Swami Satchidananda Ashram, Virginia

This workshop was my first time presenting at Yogaville.  The 4-day format really allowed time for the teachers to bond, retreat and integrate the material over the course of the weekend.  This workshop is usually offered in a 2-day format to minimize the travel time and expense that teachers often encounter.  However, the longer format is quite wonderful and I look forward to enjoying the spaciousness that it offers, again.

Because this program received very high marks on the evaluation forms and is in alignment with the Integral Yoga therapeutic programs, I have been asked back to do a program for people who have multiple sclerosis.  This retreat program will be held on October 16 - 18, 2009 at Yogaville in Buckingham, Virginia.  Click here to read more.
