- Services:
- I offer gentle, restorative, vinyasa, and yoga for special needs (MS, ALS, Parkinson's Disease), with an emphasis on safety, stability, and prevention of injury. I also offer classes on breathing for relaxation and stress reduction, and for raising energy levels. I include time at the end of each class for deep relaxation, which helps release any residual tension and leaves the student(s) feeling rested yet energized.
Additonal comments: I understand physical limitations, having had a metal plate surgically implanted in my neck. However, limitations do not have to stop anyone from feeling good! Yoga is for everyBODY!
