Links and Resources

While there are many wonderful yoga organizations, teachers and businesses, the following links are to organizations, teachers or businesses that I support or with whom I have a personal relationship.  Please check them out.  If you travel and are looking for yoga where you are, check out the teachers listed under the section Yoga Away From Home.  Many are Kripalu trained teachers.

Yoga Organizations
  • Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health

Located in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, Kripalu Center is an institution where people can come to discover what it means to be fully human and fully alive through a nonsectarian and nondogmatic approach to yoga. We are dedicated to the honest and unfettered inquiry into, and pursuit of, all philosophies, techniques, and approaches that produce thriving in the individual, the family, the institution, the business, the community, the society, and the planet—all at the same time.  Kripalu's mission is to promote the art and science of yoga as a foundation for a revitalized society.

Many people consider Kripalu to be their spiritual home.  Once you go, I think you'll know why.  Set high up on a hill overlooking a beautiful lake, surrounded by at least 11 mountains, the grounds offer walking, hiking, a zen garden and a labyrinth for meditation, and much more.  The building features include spacious views, quiet places for reading and visiting with friends, wonderful food, whirlpool and sauna, and an amazing bookstore.  Treat yourself to Kripalu body work or an ayurvedic treatment.

Whether you go for a weekend of R&R or a world class program or yoga teacher training, you will feel inspired, listened to and nurtured - body, mind and spirit.  And when you do go, please use my guest referral number YT-1195 when making your reservation.

  • Partner Links

In the course of growing my yoga business, I've tried many different business resources and often make recommendations or referrals based on what works for me.  Some of the businesses that I use offer affiliate programs that "reward" referrals.  I've decided to try this since I have been recommending these resources anyway.

I am currently using these websites and find that they are easy to use, affordable and offer professional products.  Click here to view my partner link page.  Pease use the partner links to access these websites.  Thank you!
