This gentle, adaptive mat class includes creative and fun explorations to strengthen, stretch, balance and expand your breath. Postures, yogic movements and transitions are guided slowly so you can stay steady and go at your own pace. Classes guide you to reflect on your inner experience to help you find what works best for your practice each day.
Our tier pricing structure allows you to choose what's best for your situation from the standard rate, pay-it-forward rate and community supported rate. Students who need additional concession can email Susanne.
