Are you interested the benefits of Yoga but prefer not to get down onto the floor? Then this class is for you! Yoga using a chair can make Yoga fit every body. For example, chairs add support for balance and safety; simplify the practice to aid recovery from illness, injury, chronic joint pain and can be a helpful prop for all students to explore the poses with more depth with the support of the chair. This fun class offers a balanced approach to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Deepen your body-mind connection to improve energy management, and relaxation. Options are provided so that poses can be adapted to the needs of each person. Adults of all ages, levels and abilities welcome.
Our tier pricing structure allows you to choose what's best for your situation from the standard rate, pay-it-forward rate and community supported rate. Students who need additional concession can email Susanne.
