Service Description
Would you like to offer chair yoga classes safely and with confidence? Offer 3 levels of chair yoga to a wide range of students. Serve your students who are recovering from illness or injury. Provide yoga at workplace seminars and conferences. Guide your students to use a chair to progressively improve their balance. Share movement options for every day situations such as working at a desk, trips in a car or on a airplane. You will have opportunities to practice and connect with other students in one-to-one breakout rooms and build upon your skills in a safe space. A manual of over 60 pages and training and chair yoga class videos are included. In addition to teacher trainer Susanne Murtha, class videos of Adaptive Yoga Pioneer Karen O'Donnell Clarke are offered to learn from.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to your Yoga Heals Us course. Your enrollment includes access to the videos from the course for at least 2 months after the course is completed. Just sign into Yoga Heals Us and link through the course videos button at the bottom of the Offerings. If you have any questions or need support please contact Susanne. We are happy to help you make the most of your course. Please consult your clinical team regarding general safety for independent exercise. Listen to your body as the ultimate guide for your practice and be empowered to stop anytime you need to. Our instructors offer options to make this practice you own. So that we can best support you, please let your instructor know any medical conditions or physical limitations you are managing.
