Service Description
If you have chronic pain moving your body is one of the best things you can do for yourself! Yoga helps enhance strength, coordination, and flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, improve joint health, mental clarity and mood. Mindful awareness of body and breath fosters a healthy relationship with the body and calming effects that can dial down pain. Variations will be offered so that you can make the practice suit your needs and body each day.

Welcome to your Yoga Heals Us course. Your enrollment includes access to the videos from the course for at least 2 months after the course is completed. Just sign into Yoga Heals Us and link through the course videos button at the bottom of the Offerings. If you have any questions or need support please contact Susanne. We are happy to help you make the most of your course. Please consult your clinical team regarding general safety for independent exercise. Listen to your body as the ultimate guide for your practice and be empowered to stop anytime you need to. Our instructors offer options to make this practice you own.
