Service Description
Would you like to move more to feel better and have options to do what you can in the privacy of your own home? This gentle, adaptive mat class includes creative and fun explorations to strengthen, stretch, balance and expand your breath. Postures, yogic movements and transitions are guided slowly so you can stay steady and go at your own pace. Classes guide you to reflect on your inner experience to help you find what works best for your practice each day. Our tier pricing structure allows you to choose what's best for your situation from the standard rate, pay-it-forward rate and community supported rate. Cancellation Policy
You are signing up for a course with classes over a 2-month time period at the same time weekly. In cases when a holiday or conflict occurs at the regularly scheduled time there will be no class and specified on the schedule. Included in this program is access to the recordings of the classes for a minimum of two months after the end of the series. The classes will be posted online within 48 hours, generally less. You can cancel at 100% refund before the series begins. Contact Susanne if you have a health or unexpected concern for support after the course has started. Please follow the guidelines of your clinical team and consult your doctor prior to starting new exercise and if any concerns arise. You know you best!
